Exchange and return policy


General Policy: All food products and juices are non-exchangeable or non-returnable in order to protect public health.

Replacement or refund will only be made if an order arrives that is different from what the customer requested.


The customer must inform the store of the return request and his/her unwillingness to return the order before it goes out for shipping and is received by the shipping company.

Or it will be considered a valid request that must be received by the customer.


Replacement or refund in these cases only...which are rare.

  • The external appearance of the product: It may have an unusual appearance or show signs of rot, such as external juice or an unnatural change in color.

Or it smells bad

  • Degree of ripeness: It should be at the highest degree of ripeness that makes it inedible after 24 hours of receiving it.
  • Internal content of the product: It should show signs of internal mold, such as a change in color, internal odor, visible bacteria, or bad taste.

It indicates mold and unsafe use.

  • The product is not what is mentioned in the order invoice
  • Compensation does not include free gifts and samples.
